Our store offers you 30 days to return your order with complete peace of mind. We do not offer direct exchanges: if you would like a different item, we invite you to return the product concerned and then place a new order, which allows for faster dispatch.
Legal Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason. To exercise this right, you may inform us of your decision by email at info@wighubsalon.com or by post to the address indicated below. You then have 14 days from that notification to return the product.
This right does not apply to made-to-measure or personalised products, or to products whose packaging or protective film has been removed, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
Return Conditions
To be accepted, a return must meet the following conditions:
- The product is unused and in perfect condition.
- The product is returned in its original packaging, complete.
- In the event of a defect or non-conforming product, the return is also covered.
Return Period (commercial policy)
Independently of the legal 14-day right of withdrawal, our store grants you a commercial period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to initiate a return. This longer period applies for your benefit and does not reduce the legal right of withdrawal.
Return Costs
Returns are free of charge under our 30-day commercial policy. No restocking or re-shelving fees are applied.
Legal clarification: if you exercise only the legal 14-day right of withdrawal, return costs are in principle borne by the customer, unless our store chooses to bear them as a commercial gesture. Under our 30-day return policy, we cover the prepaid return label.
Return Procedure
- Contact us at info@wighubsalon.com stating your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will send you a prepaid return label by email, along with shipping instructions.
- Print the label, attach it to the parcel and drop it off at the indicated collection point or hand it to the designated carrier.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the product, we process the refund.

Refund
After receipt of the return, the refund is processed within 1 to 2 working days. The credit to the original payment method then occurs within 7 to 10 working days, depending on your bank’s or PayPal’s processing times. In accordance with Article L221-24 of the French Consumer Code, the refund is made no later than 14 days following receipt of the return or proof of its dispatch.

Non-Eligible Products
Personalised or made-to-measure products cannot be returned, except in the event of a manufacturing defect. Products whose packaging or protective film has been removed are not eligible for the legal right of withdrawal, but remain subject to our commercial return policy if the product is unused and complete.
