1. Introduction and Acceptance

These terms govern the use of the site wighubsalon.com and sales made by our store, whose registered office is located at 10 Quai de Bercy, 75012 Paris, France. By using this site and placing an order, you accept these terms without reservation. The General Terms of Sale must appear on the site, in accordance with Article L441-1 of the French Commercial Code.

2. User Account and Obligations

Creating an account is not required to place an order. You undertake to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential if you create an account. The following are prohibited: any fraudulent use of the site, any attempt to breach its security and any unauthorised reproduction of its content.

3. Product Information and Pricing

Product descriptions and images are provided for guidance. Prices are stated in euros (EUR). The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed. No additional fees are applied beyond those displayed at payment.

4. Payment

The accepted payment methods are Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Payment is due upon order confirmation. Transactions are secured by SSL encryption. No hidden fees are added.

5. Delivery

Delivery is provided to mainland France, free of charge and with no minimum order value. Order processing takes 1 to 2 working days and transit 3 to 5 working days, giving an estimated total of 4 to 7 working days. The carrier is selected according to the delivery area and parcel weight.

6. Returns and Refunds

You have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt, as well as a 30-day commercial return policy. Returns are free of charge under the commercial policy. The refund is processed within 1 to 2 working days of receipt, then credited within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment method, and no later than 14 days following receipt of the return in accordance with Article L221-24. Personalised or made-to-measure products are not eligible, except in the event of a manufacturing defect.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the site — text, images, logos, graphic elements — is the property of our store. Any reproduction, modification or distribution without written authorisation is prohibited.

8. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The site and products are provided « as is ». Our store cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the site. Our liability shall not exceed the amount of the order concerned. The legal warranties of conformity and hidden defects apply under the conditions provided by the French Consumer Code.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the French courts shall have jurisdiction. In accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge before any legal action.

10. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The applicable terms are those in force at the time of the order. Any substantial change will be notified on this page.
