No additional charges are added at checkout. Transit time is an estimate provided by the carrier and does not constitute a guaranteed delivery date. The days mentioned are working days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Carriers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on parcel weight and delivery area, we use a suitable carrier from among the following: <strong>Colissimo, Chronopost, Mondial Relay or GLS<\/strong>. The carrier selected is stated in the shipping confirmation email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Order Tracking<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. This number allows you to follow the parcel&rsquo;s progress on the relevant carrier&rsquo;s website. If tracking shows no update for more than 48 hours, you can contact us at <strong>info@wighubsalon.com<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Possible Delays<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Circumstances beyond our control \u2014 weather conditions, peak periods or unforeseen events \u2014 may extend delivery times. In the event of a significant delay, we will inform you by email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Absence and Unclaimed Parcels<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are absent, the carrier will leave a delivery notice. The parcel is then held at the indicated pickup point for the period set by the carrier. After this period, the parcel is returned to us.
