Our store offers you 30 days to return your order with complete peace of mind<\/strong>. We do not offer direct exchanges: if you would like a different item, we invite you to return the product concerned and then place a new order, which allows for faster dispatch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Legal Right of Withdrawal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt<\/strong> of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason. To exercise this right, you may inform us of your decision by email at info@wighubsalon.com<\/strong> or by post to the address indicated below. You then have 14 days<\/strong> from that notification to return the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This right does not apply to made-to-measure or personalised products, or to products whose packaging or protective film has been removed, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Return Conditions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To be accepted, a return must meet the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • The product is unused<\/strong> and in perfect condition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The product is returned in its original packaging<\/strong>, complete.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • In the event of a defect or non-conforming product<\/strong>, the return is also covered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Return Period (commercial policy)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Independently of the legal 14-day right of withdrawal, our store grants you a commercial period of 30 calendar days<\/strong> from receipt of the order to initiate a return. This longer period applies for your benefit and does not reduce the legal right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Return Costs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Returns are free of charge<\/strong> under our 30-day commercial policy. No restocking or re-shelving fees are applied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Legal clarification<\/strong>: if you exercise only the legal 14-day right of withdrawal, return costs are in principle borne by the customer, unless our store chooses to bear them as a commercial gesture. Under our 30-day return policy, we cover the prepaid return label.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Contact us at info@wighubsalon.com<\/strong> stating your order number and the reason for the return.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. We will send you a prepaid return label<\/strong> by email, along with shipping instructions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Print the label, attach it to the parcel and drop it off at the indicated collection point or hand it to the designated carrier.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, we process the refund.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Refund<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      After receipt of the return, the refund is processed within 1 to 2 working days<\/strong>. The credit to the original payment method then occurs within 7 to 10 working days<\/strong>, depending on your bank’s or PayPal’s processing times. In accordance with Article L221-24 of the French Consumer Code, the refund is made no later than 14 days<\/strong> following receipt of the return or proof of its dispatch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
